Hear about the bank robber that was captured and killed in a sting operation at the train depot and how he and the trains still operate there to this day. Visit the area's cemetery and listen to the tales of how some of the residents still are waiting to make it to the other side. Visit a haunted bed and breakfast, movie theater and a number of of area businesses that still conceal a dark and mysterious past - all waiting for you and yours to come a-calling. At the lake where steamboats plied their trade, hear the legend of the Cock-of-the-Walk, who still lauds it over the crew on many a starlit night. Please arrive 30 minutes early as the tour always departs on time. Tours operate rain or shine but we reserve the right to cancel a tour due to severe weather, lack of participation, or special events in the tour area.

This is a walking tour, but all streets are wheelchair accessible and ramps are available.
