There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Ride back to the Golden Age of Travel in beautifully restored turn-of-the-century passenger cars with elegant inlaid mahogany interior or a 1950s-era parlor car. Each excursion train is staffed with knowledgeable passenger conductors to provide a nostalgic touch and historical commentary -- a treat for the beginning and seasoned rail traveler alike. CLASSES OF SERVICE AVAILABLE:

This excursion is available in Coach Class, Club Class or First Class. The Coach Class has seating in 1917 - 1920's Vintage Pullman coach, which has a velvet bench style seating with mahogany inlay. It includes the train ride only, with snacks available for purchase. The Club Class also has seating in 1917 - 1920"s Vintage Pullman coach, which has velvet bench style seating with mahogany inlay. The Club Class includes snack and beverage service. First Class has seatng in a 1950's Vintage Palor Car, the "Explorer", which is the A&M's most exquisite car in the fleet. Seating includes table and chair or lounge seating. The First Class includes train ride, snack and beverage service, and a souvenir photo. Please choose the appropriate order for the class of service that appeals to you.

Our Springdale to Van Buren excursion includes about a 2 1/2 to 3 hour stay in this historic town for lunch and shopping. While guests from Springdale enjoy Van Buren the train reboards passengers from Van Buren for a three hour journey back over the Mountain.
