There is a $5.94 CAD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Tour Highlights:

~ See 2 bottomless cave lakes. The first lake, South Lake, has had trout in it for nearly 50 years. Some trout have gone blind and most have lost their color. The bottom or end of these lakes have yet to be found!
~ See the newly discovered "Silent Splendor" area. Silent Splendor has been hailed as a must-see in Arkansas. Silent Splendor houses one of the longest soda straw formations in the Ozarks, measuring an incredible 9 feet plus!
~ Try your hand at Gem Stone Panning. Use an authentic sluice to pan for gems still in the rough. Find a large variety of gems including Amethyst, Fluorite, Apache Tear, Peacock Ore, Calcite, Lodestone, Copper, Talc, Pumice, Citrine, Garnet in Matrix, Optical Calcite, Fuchsite, Sulphur, Ulexite, Fool's Gold, Geode, Rose Quartz, and Chalcopyrite. Keep what you find for a small additional fee payable onsite.

Special Notes:

-No backpacks or large purses are allowed in the cave. This is to keep damage from being done to the formations, as you are so up-close-and-personal to them.
-Bring your camera.
-Coats and jackets are NOT needed, 64 degrees and 96% humidity, so it feels warmer than it is.
-Cavern is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
