There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Throughout the exhibit Titanic guests will see twenty different rooms including:

• Launch and shipyard
• See an 18-foot titanic model
• Experience third class
• Walk the Grand Staircase
• Feel the emotion of First class
• Interact in the bridge area
• Feel the emotion of 28-degrees and no lifeboats
• Touch an iceberg
• Interactive area for young people
• All 400 artifacts relate to a passenger or crew member. Each artifact has an individual story.

Tribute to Titanic's Dogs

And, you can enjoy the world's first tribute to the dogs onboard Titanic. Say Hello to Titanic's New Mascots, Molly and Carter (see photo below)! Join them and the rest of the crew at the museum attraction as it pays tribute to the dogs that were on board the doomed vessel.

• Hear true dog tales about Titanic's First Class canines
• Learn their owners' fascinating stories
• Every young person will receive a collectible Dog Boarding Pass and an educational bookmark
• Every day at noon, Molly and Carter will make a Grand Entrance along the walkway
• Photo Opportunity at Outside Iceberg Location
